I completed my post-graduation in 2013 in the engineering field. Engineering is the application of science and math to solve problems. Engineers figure out how things work and find practical uses for scientific discoveries. To execute an Outlook rule for every account using a VBA macro, you can use the following steps:

  1. Create a new VBA macro.
  2. In the macro, declare the following variables:
    • oOutlook: An object variable for the Outlook application.
    • oAccount: An object variable for an Outlook account.
    • oRule: An object variable for an Outlook rule.
  3. In the macro, get the Outlook application object:
Set oOutlook = Application
  1. Get all of the Outlook accounts:
Set oAccounts = oOutlook.Session.Accounts
  1. For each account, get the rules:
